About the role

The purpose of this role is to provide business analysis allowing Energy Supply to develop and achieve the company strategy including major business projects and new market penetration.

ENGIE are recruiting for a Business Transformation Analystbased in Leeds . This is a Permanent role, working full time Monday to Friday.?On offer is a competitive salary, bonus and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing Business Transformation Analyst support on key operational change programmes from initiation to deployment.
  • Leading process improvement initiatives across the business to build efficiencies, reduce risk and improve overall customer experience.
  • Define and map business processes for both 'to be’ and 'as is’ states.
  • Evaluating information harvested through surveys and workshops, task analysis, and business process description.
  • Capturing Business requirements (user stories, functional/non functional)
  • Ensuring all business improvements / changes consider the customer at the centre of all delivery, apply lean principles throughout.
  • Capturing benefit cases across each initiative / project & assessing benefit realisation following deployment.

Key Requirements

  • Working knowledge of the B2B or B2C Gas and Electricity supply industry desirable.
  • Desirable to have or be undertaking learning towards certification in Lean / Lean Six Sigma / Scrum / IIBA
  • Experience of identifying and implementing business improvements, demonstrating the ability to influence and motivate.
  • Process mapping (BPMN or similar), Customer Journey Mapping, requirements specification (User Stories, Functional Specifications), frameworks (Six Sigma, Lean). Experience of general change concepts, target operating models.
  • Desirable experience in one or more of the following; CRM (Salesforce), Energy Industry Solutions (e.g. DCC, U-Smart, AFMS, Junifer.) & Telephony Solutions (Genesys),
  • Experience of development and requirements management tools such as Jira, Confluence, IMB Blueworks. Must have experience of MS applications including Office 365, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel & Visio
