Business Travel Consultant

Business travel consultant - Required to work for this expanding TMC based in Bedfordshire. They are looking for a Business travel consultant, ideally with Galileo or a leisure consultant with working knowledge of galileo, sabre or Amadeus , ideally office based. Salary between 28/35k plus benefits.
Business travel consultants duties
-Working with high end VIPs, booking their worldwide Business travel arrangements using galileo
-Working with each clients travel policy finding them the most convenient travel options available. Booking flights, rail, car hire, hotels. Providing visa advise etc
-Problem solving, making sure the client always arrives at their destination happy without any problems.
-Dealing with any issues that may arise, strikes, missed connections etc to a satisfactory conclusion
Business travel consultants skills required
-Business travel consultant experience or leisure travel industry experience as long as you have galileo, sabre or Amadeus knowledge
-Experience working with VIPs or HNWIs
-Happy to go into the office, they may consider hybrid
Additional information
-Salary between 28/35k
-Benefits include 20 days holidays plus bank holidays, pension, flexible working hours if needed, free parking
-Out of hours phone will be covered one week in four, very few calls but paid per call.
