Exciting role for a current Business Travel Consultant seeking a hybrid role based in the Guildford, Reigate, Crawley and Dorking area.
Business Travel Consultant Duties – each day will not be the same.
- Customer Engagement: Connect with a range of corporate clients to understand their travel needs and preferences, providing personalised travel solutions without the pressure of hard selling.
- Trip Planning: Design and book comprehensive travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation, ensuring a seamless travel experience for our clients.
- Problem Solving: Handle travel-related issues efficiently and professionally, offering creative solutions to ensure client satisfaction.
- Sales with a Twist: Earn commissions by offering value and building strong client relationships, not through aggressive sales tactics.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE – BUSINESS TRAVEL CONSULTANT
Experience in Business Travel is imperative for this exciting post with fluency in GDS such as Amadeus, Sabre or Galileo. We are seeking an enterprising and enthusiastic Corporate Travel Consultant, eager to make a meaningful impact within a company.
