Our Colchester client in the Finance sector is seeking a Business Underwriter and Dealmaker to join the team as soon as possible on permanent basis with a salary of £24,000 - £28,000 on offer.
What does the role entail?
Working as a Business Underwriter and Dealmaker your main job roles will include: making quick, accurate decisions on lending applications, interacting with customers and third parties by telephone and using custom built IT systems to create, issue and verify finance paperwork.
What skills will you have?
The ideal candidate for Business Underwriter and Dealmaker position will have:
- Excellent analytical ability, including decision making under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal skills by telephone and email
- Very good attention to detail
- Very good team work
- Very good ability to work with IT systems (including adapting to bespoke systems)
