Hours: 06:00 – 16:30 Monday – Thursday
06:00 – 12:00 Friday and Sunday
Long term temporary role with possibility of permanent position
Total Recruit are recruiting for a fantastic role on behalf of our client who are a leading high quality food manufacturer.
Duties will include:
- Removing bones from various animals to a high standard
- Cutting, trimming, mincing meat products when needed
- To maintain strict food safety standards during all meat handling processes
- To keep work equipment and the work place environment in excellent condition through regular quality and maintenance checks
- Keeping the working environment clean and tidy and waste is properly disposed of
- Following workplace health and safety rules at all times
Skills Required:
- Butcher experience/de-boning experience essential
- Work in a fast paced environment
- Possess excellent communication skills
- Be able to work as part of a team
- Have a positive attitude and work ethic
