A family have approached Greycoat Lumleys as they are looking for a hands-on house assistant/modern butler to join their existing team at their main residence in Knightsbridge. This will be a Monday to Friday role, working every 3rd weekend with days off before and after.
Shift patterns will be from 7am to 3pm or 2pm to 10pm, with the rota planned 2 to 3 weeks in advance.
The family consists of 2 adults and 2 children, and their team of staff includes a house manager, house team leader, a team of housekeepers, chefs, and nannies.
Duties
Full Butler service
Preparing drinks and coffees
Greeting guests at the door
Pack and unpack suitcases
Manage stock of inventories
Order shopping for the house
Keeping an eye on levels of the principals favourite toiletries and products and reordering where needed
Responding and actioning WhatsApp messages
Cleaning pantries and back of house
Occasionally work at the rural property if needed
Candidate requirements:
This role will suit a service orientated candidate who polite and welcoming
It is essential that you are a good team player and happy to muck in where needed
You must be comfortable working around dogs (Labradors)
A flexible and open attitude is key
Salary - £45K GPA
