Location: Crawley, West Sussex

Working hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm

Salary: up to circa £40K negotiable depending on experience + bonus

Rhodium Consulting is recruiting for a successful electrical wholesale client in the Crawley area.

They are looking for an experienced Buyer / E-commerce Assistant for their business who can take ownership of the purchasing, inventory management and supplier rebates for the business.

We are looking for an experienced negotiator with electrical product knowledge, experience of supplier rebates and good organisational skills.

The Role

Purchase ordering of stock

Controlling all the stock that comes into the branch

Stock control including controlling write-down stock

Responsible for stock cleanses

Negotiate with suppliers

dealing with the buying group

Securing the best prices and deals on stock for the business

Keeping the appropriate stock levels

Managing supplier rebates

Warehouse management

Prepare and plan an annual stock take

Oversee trade counter customer service

Process customer orders

Customer and supplier returns

You will also be required to attend quarterly supplier group meetings

Monitoring e-commerce platform - booking out orders and ordering back to back products from suppliers

The Person

Experience in the electrical wholesale industry is essential

Good experience of purchasing, supplier rebates, inventory management, and negotiation skills are essential.
