- Negotiating best terms with suppliers to secure favourable prices and delivery times.
- Maintaining a strong relationship with suppliers to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
- Ensuring the procurement process adheres to company and industry regulations.
- Working collaboratively with the team to meet project deadlines.
- Continually identifying opportunities to improve procurement processes.
- Managing and resolving any supply chain issues that arise.
- Performing regular market research to stay informed of industry trends.
The Successful Applicant
A successful 'Buyer' should have:
