Job Purpose/Summary: To include all aspects of machinery operation as detailed in the key accountabilities below.
Job Responsibilities/Key accountabilities:[LL1]
- Ensuring machinery is operated within Health and Safety guidelines and departmental procedures
- Recording production information in accordance with company requirements
- Checking the job specification and identifying the materials required for the job
- Setting the cutting and creasing machinery ready to run safely whilst ensuring accuracy
- Ensuring that output meets the job specifications and company quality standards
- Working as an effective team member to meet production requirements
- Ensuring vigilance to any breakdowns and malfunctions, reporting them immediately to the correct person
- Following company guidelines for the correct removal of waste
- Ensuring that correct PPE is worn at all times
- Contribute to Improvements in key business fundamentals such as Safety / Quality / Cost / Delivery
- Flexibility in attendance to suit business requirements
