- Collaborate with the team to interpret customer designs and create accurate technical drawings and programs for manufacturing.
- Demonstrate a high level of quality awareness to ensure that all parts leaving the factory meet the company's strict quality standards.
- Contribute to problem-solving efforts independently and as a part of a team, ensuring efficient production processes.
- Possess a deep understanding of sheet metal processes
- Manage large workloads and adhere to tight production schedules while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
- Radan and Sheet Metal experience would be advantageous
