CAD Engineer  
Salary up to £35k (DOE)
Monday to Friday
The successful CAD Engineer will be responsible for producing 3D design solutions, 2D manufacturing drawings  for production whilst operating cost-effectively with great attention to detail.
The position will be directly responsible, reporting to Senior Management and there may be some occasional site visits to analyse projects to be undertaken.  
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain design-engineering expertise to a high standard, including use of latest CAD  techniques.  
- Provide design solutions to design problems.  
- Carry out work to agreed timescales, to high-standards.  
- Complete all documentation as required by company procedures 
- Action change requests in a timely manner.  
- Contribute effectively across multiple projects
The Right Person
The successful CAD Engineer will have experience in the following areas:
- High-calibre CAD skills, using Bentley Microstation software and conversant with AutoCAD  
- Capable of working individually or as part of a small, multi-disciplined team.  
- Ability to work effectively, unsupervised, including the effective planning and delivery of  own work.  
- Ability to learn new methods and techniques quickly. 
- Ability to embrace and encourage change, including cross-departmental working.
