CAD Engineer and Technical Administrator job in Ferndown
Our client is a specialist construction company, and they are looking for a CAD Engineer and Technical Administrator to work within their existing Contracts team. Applicants need to have experience in the Construction Industry. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Managing projects from initial design stage through to manufacture
- Producing drawings using latest AutoCAD and Revit software
- Preparing Technical / Sample submittals
- Liaising with Contractors, Architects and End Users
- Document management utilising online Intranet based document control systems
- Preparation of associated documentation to ensure compliance with current Building Regulations and associated sustainability schemes / regulations.
- Liaison with manufacturing partners
Minimum Skills Required:
- Experience of working with AutoCAD and Revit software
- Focused team player
- Commercially aware
- Ability to work under pressure and to precise deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
- Full product and system training will be provided
- No known health risks in the role
Salary and Benefits:
- Office hours 8.30 5.00 Monday Friday
- 24 day s holiday per annum

- Salary GBP30,000 - GBP35,000 per annum
