Cad Operator

GI Group are looking for an experienced Cad Operator to join out client based in Hyde.
Job Details
Monday - Friday
08:00 - 16:30
£14 - £17 per hour
Overtime after 40 hours is time and half
Key Accountabilities

• Attend site as required to undertake Design meetings/site co-ordination & site surveys
• Co-ordinate all details and interfaces with other trade contractors
• Research all necessary design development to produce working drawings that are cost effective, produce a high quality installation and maximise the benefits of our internal fabrication and installation processes.

Key Dimensions:

• Working drawings to be issued for client sign off within the designated time scale.
• Quality control and drawing specifications to be checked daily during factory walk round.
• All job folders to be kept up to date.
• Communicate effectively with all Martina employees, clients and suppliers.
• Technically credible, grasp issues quickly.
• Decisive, determined, keep on top of issues, back up queries/disputes with facts and details.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:

• Degree, NVQ or City and Guilds qualification.
• Detailed experience in Autocad and Microsoft Office.
• Logical approach, thorough, good IT skills
• Clean driving licence.
