This highly regarded multidisciplinary construction and engineering consultancy offer specialist multi sector construction packages to clients. Their prime goal is centred around providing the best service possible and delivering specialist, bespoke results to their clients, covering the structural aspects of multi sectored developments across the country. They are now looking to expand their Plymouth office through onboarding a motivated CAD/Revit professional.
This role provides an excellent opportunity to massively contribute to a business' ongoing success, assisting on various projects in a dynamic environment, working alongside a small but established and experienced team. The company actively encourage the development of their staff and pride themselves on a dynamic and supportive culture.
This role would therefore ideally suit a CAD or Revit Technician who enjoys working on commercial, retail, housing, and façade projects. In turn you will gain experience working on multi sector developments & experience the full project life cycle from design to handover and be succession planned to progress within the company.
The Role

• Conduct site investigations and develop detailed designs.
• Project risk assessment.
• Engage with CAD and Revit for designing projects.
• Reviewing and checking project drawings.
• Ensure project runs smoothly.
• Primarily office based (hybrid working can be discussed).

The Person

• Experience within a similar position.
• AutoCAD and Revit experience.
• Strong understanding of buildings and structures.
• Experience working on building structure projects.
• Comfortable working from offices in Plymouth.
• Passionate about training and development.
