Cad Technician- Building Services

An award-winning Building Services consultancy is recruiting a M&E CAD Technician to become a part of their team. Based in London, the successful candidate will be involved in prestigious projects throughout the UK. These projects tend to be technically complex within commercial, hotels and high-end residential sectors.
Your new role
Key Duties:

• Producing technical M&E drawings to the required standards using 2D AutoCAD.
• Liaise with Engineers and design teams to provide efficient and economical design solutions.
• Assist others in the checking and correction of drawings for issue
• Review and interpret engineering sketches, blueprints, and other technical documents.

What you\'ll need to succeed
The ideal candidate for this position should have a strong background and proficiency in AutoCAD with experience working on MEP drawings. Effective communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are also important qualities.
