Are you an Electrically biased CAD Technician or similar from a building services background , looking to join a forward-thinking company who work on a variety of exciting commercial projects?

Are you looking for technical development and clear routes to progress internally, all within a Monday to Friday, hybrid-based role?
In this hybrid role you will work on a variety of building services projects across London, managing them from concept through to handover. You will oversee HVAC design calculations, and the design and specification of all the elements of building services. This role will be electrically biased and there will be training given on the surveying and project management side of the role as they look to progress you into a fully-fledged Design engineer.
This design consultancy provides specialist solutions to high profile clients in the commercial, retail, residential and leisure industries. They have only started trading in the last 5 years but have already established themselves as an exciting prospect in the London market. The Role:

• Work on a variety of building services projects across London
• Manage projects from concept to Design and construction, to handover
• HVAC design calculations, design, and specification of renewable technologies
• Monday to Friday, hybrid role (37.5 hour week), Flexitime

• Electrically biased
• Building Services background
