Our new Ducati Showroom opened at Easter 2023 and offers an immersive Ducati experience; the latest range of Ducati and Ducati Scrambler models, apparel, parts and accessories & of course, Café Breeze.
Café Breeze is the hub of our showroom and a popular meeting point for the local Ducati/motorcycling community, providing a destination for all motorcyclists to socialise, enjoy refreshments, and watch WSBK/MOTO GP races live, all surrounded by beautiful Italian machinery!
The role:
As our Café Supervisor you will need to display outstanding customer service skills as our customers expect and appreciate a high level of service. A people person who also has a passion for motorcycling with the ability to multitask with a positive, ‘can-do’ attitude is a must!
You will be responsible for the smooth day to day running of our café and maintaining consistently high standards of presentation and customer service.
This is an opportunity to establish and grow a key aspect of Ducati Bournemouth.

Main duties include, but not limited to:
- The day to day running of the café.
- Maintain inventory and stock.
- Café team rota scheduling.
- To have food displays ready for opening or set times as agreed.
- To ensure all areas are kept clean and tidy throughout the operating hours.
- To ensure stock is stored and rotated correctly as per food safety guidelines and café requirements.
- To check the levels of drinks and products in the display units and replace them as required.
- To liaise with suppliers and order replacement stock.
- Managing the customer’s experience whilst they are visiting the business, ensuring they receive exceptional customer service throughout their visit
- To adhere to Health and Safety policy at all times.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in a similar role or hospitality background
- Barista trained – would be desirable
- Experience and passion for all things associated with motorcycling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Calm and positive attitude in unplanned situations
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Team player
- Professional and courteous manner
- Full, clean driving license
Flexibility to cover holidays and work additional hours will be necessary to meet the needs of the business.

Hours: Tues-Sat: 8.30am-1.30pm
