Café Supervisor (Parttime)
My client is a community café based in Stoke-on-Trent, looking for a talented passionate individual to join their team as their Café supervisor.
You will be part of a team that ensures the Café provides good quality food on a daily basis consistently meeting customer requirements.
The duties and responsibilities of the Café Supervisor will be

• Support and deputise for the manager
• Ensuring that the café is adequately staffed by effective rota management  
• Key holder responsibilities including opening and closing the café
• Operating the till including cash handling and card payments
• Maintaining and monitoring inventories 
• Front of house duties
•  Ensure that high standards are maintained in health and safety, food hygiene and preparation, and dealing with customer feedback appropriately.

The ideal Café Supervisor will:

• Have experience in a front of house supervisory role
• Have experience working in a café setting
• Have good leadership skills
• Be organised, hardworking and have a real passion for hospitality

Job-type: Permanent, Parttime
Schedule: 22.5 hours per week, shifts between 8am-6pm
Salary (ProRata):£15,000per annum
