Cafe Team Leader/Supervisor – City Centre

Excel Recruitment is looking for an experienced Team leader/Supervisor to work with our client within their fantastic Belfast City Centre Café. This is a fantastic position for those from a hospitality background who have confidence in working within both Front & Back of House within a very busy Café.

This a is a Full-Time permanent position, with no late or evening shifts, offering a fantastic work/ life balance for the right Candidate.

Cafe Team Leader Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience within a Café, restaurant.
• Have the capability to work in various sections.
• Knowledge of all food safety, allergens & health & safety guidelines.
• Good level of spoken & written English.
• Ability to work a flexible rota of 5 days out of 7.

Cafe Team Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Preparing and cooking food to a high & consistent standard.
• As Cook/Team Leader you are responsible for all day to day running of the Café.
• Following company guidelines on all food-related procedures.
• Opening/Closing, cash up and weekly rotas.
• Ability to remain calm and undertake various tasks.
