Cafm Functional Specialist

We have a fantastic opportunity for a CAFM Functional Specialist to join our team based nationally with flexible working. The salary on offer is up to £95,000 + 10% Performance based bonus.
About the role:
This purpose of this role is to bring a wide knowledge of various CAFM technologies to the Programme, including previous experience of the implementation of such solutions.
Initial focus will be working with our Business Analysis team to create an aspirational to-be CAFM operating model to meet the organisation's long-term strategic objectives. Deep product knowledge will be essential to ensure we are implementing best-of-breed ways of working and making full use of the technology capabilities available in the marketplace. Procurement activity will then be undertaken to source the best-fit technology solution to underpin our future ways of working. Focus will then move into implementation of the selected solution.
What you will bring to the role:
Previous experience of CAFM system implementation
Experience of working with several best-of-breed CAFM solutions
Engagement with stakeholders at all levels with the ability to apply context to conversation based on their role and level
Identification of risk and the ability to mitigate and manage impact
