Calibration Engineer

Job Title: Calibration EngineerLocation:RochesterSalary: £35,000 - £40,000 depending on skills and experience What you'll be doing:

Undertake routine calibrations of electrical and mechanical test equipment, supporting BAE Rochester Operations

Installation of ESD work stations

Understand supplier / subcontractor traceability and calibration processes

Perform continuous improvement activities

Support the maintenance of test equipment, located on the shop floor

Your skills and experiences: Essential:

Previous experience of fault finding, repairing and testing electronic equipment

Calibration background

Ability to build and maintain excellent business relationships across all levels within the business

Desirable:

Lean manufacturing knowledge

HNC / HND in Mechanical or Electrical Discipline
