The role

Our customers journey starts with you! You will be first point of contact for all outbound and inbound enquiries, via calls, emails or digitally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing accurate information to our customers that is clear, fair, and not misleading and in line with our five-star business standards.
  • Building relationships and trust with customers effectively.
  • Meeting and exceeding individual and company targets across the department and in line with quality assurance & compliance.
  • You will be helping and supporting our customers to a successful transaction.
  • Being a proud ambassador of the SuperBike Factory family

Essential Experience

  • You will have experience of working in a customer facing role
  • Strong communication and great listening skills
  • High level of resilience & motivation to succeed
  • A passion to deliver outstanding customer service
  • Have a positive attitude and willingness to learn

Hours/Days

  • 40 hours per week - alternate weekends with rest days in the week.
