Job description

Our Call Centre Agents provide excellent customer service to an array of customers of well-known banks and building societies. We pride ourselves on being an efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly team of individuals from a range of backgrounds with a wealth of experiences.

The Job Title of this role is Customer Service Representative.

Call Centre Agent Benefits

  • Unsociable hours allowance: An additional £1.50 per hour for any shift or part-shift worked between 07:00 hrs - 08:00 hrs & 17:00 hrs - 20:00 hrs Mon-Fri / 08:00 hrs - 20:00 hrs Sat and Sun

Call Centre Agent Responsibilities

  • Answering customer queries
  • Managing accounts for customers such as balance transfers, setting up direct debits, and credit limit alterations
  • Processing card payments
  • Investigations into recurring issues

Call Centre Agent Requirements

  • An understanding of credit cards.
  • IT skills.
  • Good level of spoken and written English.
  • Good telephone manner.
  • Customer focused and results-orientated
