Duties:
- Primary point of contact for all urgent engineering inquiries
- Coordinating appointments for engineers to resolve issues
- Entering data into the system
- Procuring product parts and following up on purchase orders
Requirements:
- Experience in Call Centre/office environment is essential
- Own transport due to site location
