Call Centre Operator- West London Premier Recruitment Solutions are looking for a Call Centre Operator for an automotive parts dealer in the Chiswick area. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service and knowledge working within an automotive environment.= We're ideally looking for an automotive Call Centre Operative/Parts Advisor with experience within a similar role within the automotive network. (Must be in Parts distribution or Automotive Logistics). You will have demonstrable parts experience along with computer skills, including experience of operating word processing and database packages, email and internet. Working in this critical customer facing role, our Call Centre Operative/Parts Advisors are key to our National Parts Hubs. They are the first point of contact for our customers over the telephone so it's vital they provide a welcoming experience. Our customers expect a high level of service and parts expertise and we don't like to disappoint! Your Responsibilities: * Check goods in against delivery note and ensure goods are undamaged before accepting delivery. * Locate within the appropriate storage area promptly. * Ensure accuracy of invoicing and estimating. * Monitor parts stock level and measure stock return. * Confirm & ensure inventory system is accurate by using computer listing for spot checks. * Keep obsolete stock to a minimum. * Be aware of current business processes and suggest improvements to increase efficiency and service. * Provide technical & logistical assistance as well as handling all customer requests Benefits and Perks: Basic Salary of £25,000 with an OTE of £30,000 Company Car Scheme 22 Days Holiday plus Bank Holidays Shopping Discounts, online and in store Enhanced Maternity and Paternity Great Opportunities to progress your career further For more information or to apply for the role, please contact Charlie at Premier Recruitment Solutions on (phone number removed).
