As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and resolving inquiries or issues over the phone. Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
- Upsell products or services to customers when appropriate
- Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Enter customer information into the system accurately
- Handle complaints or concerns with empathy and strive to resolve them effectively
- Follow call center scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent service delivery
- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette and professionalism at all times
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Strong analytical skills to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems
