Job description

A highly reputable Global Insurance Business has a new and exciting opportunity for someone who is a sales driven individual. This role represents a fantastic opportunity where you will be managing a team dealing with Renewals but will be working with the New Business Team across specific cover such as PL, EL and Professional Indemnity.

We are looking to speak to individuals that are sales focused, income driven and have Team Leader experience with the ability to lead and motivate.

Some key duties/tasks include:

  • Play a key role in ensuring success and delivering growth of the Direct Call Centre team.
  • Manage the Call Centre team to deliver against key income targets as well as conducting regular 1-2-1 reviews / appraisals.
  • To manage all inbound and outbound Call Centre activity including renewals, MTA’s and service enquiries within SLA’s.
  • Prioritise all the various work flow queues to deliver strong results and meet the targets/SLAs.
  • Work within underwriting authority to ensure all opportunities are maximised.
  • Manage the telephony system to ensure efficiency is being driven throughout the Call Centre team.
  • Produce forecasts on a monthly basis, measure and report against these back to senior management and feed into the overall Direct & Partnerships team strategy.
