Our client, based in Tamworth requires Call Handlers to join their in house pharmacy team. The company specialises in active temperature-controlled deliveries to hospitals, pharmacies, wholesalers and medical care surgeries as well as to end patients which it serves through its homecare business. Duties include working in a high pressure environment being the first port of call for their customers via telephone calls and emails, data inputting and liaising with team in pharmacy, as well as any other tasks required.
