JOB TITLE: Call Handler
JOB PURPOSE: Act as a ‘front-line’ of communication for customers by booking customer appointments for our estate agency branches.
LOCATION: Houghton Regis
SALARY PACKAGE: ACHIEVABLE ON TARGET EARNINGS UP TO £30,000

REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Excellent communications skills, able to liaise effectively at all levels
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Self-motivated, confident and approachable
- Previous customer service experience preferred
