Dundee - due to location, own transport is essential. (Once fully trained you will have the opportunity to work on a hybrid basis)
Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide initial response to incoming internal and external calls and fully record enquiries to ensure customer service standards are met
- Obtain all necessary information and allocating appropriate response to calls
- Accurately update customer databases ensuring prompt and accurate information is captured
- Log and, where applicable, deal with customer queries and complaints
- Liaise with customers site staff to effect immediate resolution to faults
Skills & Abilities Required:
- Successful working as part of a team
- Experience of working in a call based environment
- Professional telephone voice
- Understanding of Microsoft packages i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word.
