Call Handlers

Our client is looking for 2 individuals to join their customer service department in Redhill, where you will provide a top-level service to customers.

The Role:

• Answering incoming calls from customers, handling queries relating to agreements and products
• Making outbound calls to discuss any payment queries and updating accounts
• Responding to online chat
• The Individual:
• Previous telephony customer service experience
• A polite, friendly and professional telephone manner
• Customer focused
