We have a fantastic range of opportunities for Call Operatives to join our busy teams at our state-of-the-art Kirkstall Forge head office, conveniently located just 6 minutes away from Leeds city centre.

Picture yourself in a fast-paced, buzzing environment where no two days are the same; you will provide first line customer service via telephone and email, resolve customer queries to the highest standard, and provide first time resolution through exceptional customer service.

You'll be managing high volumes of enquiries, so the ability to work in an organised and fast paced capacity is absolutely key. Don't worry if you haven't worked in a call centre before – what matters to us is your great customer service ethic, whether gained from working in retail, hospitality, or a telephone-based role.

Our salary package starts from £22,575. You'll also have an opportunity to earn an additional bonus up to £1,400 per annum! lets not forget, no weekend working!

So, what will you be doing?

  • You will be the first point of contact for our drivers, handling various queries related to booking repairs, services, and general maintenance for their vehicles. In certain cases, you may need to arrange recovery and repair services for drivers who experience breakdowns, as well as coordinate rental vehicles, always ensuring that our customers are back on the road as soon as possible
  • You'll update and maintain our customer database, managing key information and keeping the driver/customer up to date with the status of their query, taking ownership from initial contact right through to closure
  • Your friendly and cheery voice will provide exceptional customer service, ensuring drivers feel valued and supported
  • You will have a super positive outlook and actively contribute to enhancing the quality of our service

You get the point....we've all been that person on the phone to customer services, and we all know how great it feels when you've spoken to someone who has been a knockout customer service champion. We want to provide that, all the time!
