We are looking for a Full Time Lettings Administrator / Viewing person at our Cambridge office.

What do you need to be successful?

  • Full driving licence and use of your own vehicle, which is insured for business use
  • Good IT skills and excellent working knowledge of Microsoft office.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet multiple demands and deadlines
  • Ability to apply set procedures
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal
  • Accurate and thorough approach
  • Comfortable working towards agreed objectives
  • Ability to make decisions within defined procedures / legislation and use initiative
  • Experience of and a desire to maintain a high standard of customer care when dealing with landlords, tenants and prospective clients
  • Flexible and motivated team member
  • Show an awareness of other's roles, responsibilities and requirements when carrying out work
  • ARLA and working knowledge of Alto would be an advantage but are not essential.

What will you be doing?

Working Monday to Friday 08.30am to 5.30pm. Saturdays on a Rota basis with time off in lieu. Providing a knowledgeable and welcoming customer service experience for Landlords and Tenants of the Homes we manage.

Main purpose / scope of role:

  • Communicating with clients, landlords and tenants on a daily basis
  • Arranging viewings and diary management
  • Attending viewings
  • Referencing prospective tenants, checking ID and conducting immigration checks
  • Creating Tenancy Agreements and move in documents
  • Dealing with telephone, email, website and face to face enquiries on a day to day basis.
  • Negotiating move-in dates
  • Management of property keys for contractors and clients
  • General administration support for the team
