CPS Group are currently working with a fantastic tech for good company who work closely with charity organisations, and they have a great opportunity for a Campaign Manager to join their growing team.
In this position you will be ensuring the smooth, timely and successful delivery of fundraising campaigns. You will act as the main point of contact for all campaign and operational matters specific to designated accounts.
Key Priorities:
* Campaign Management in order to deliver the projects on time and to client expectations
* Collaborating with campaign executives on designated accounts
* Offering proactive and exemplary service standards to ensure client retention
* Providing query resolutions raised by the clients
Candidate Skills / Experience:
* Good experience in client facing positions
* Ability to priortise tasks to work to deadlines
* Strong organizational skills to allow for multi-tasking
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Strong Computer literacy skills
* Self-motivated and able to remain calm under pressure
* Business Administration skills
