Salary: £36,000- £40,000 (Depending on experience)

As a Campus Operations Manager typically includes a range of responsibilities related to the smooth functioning of academic programs and effective management of academic operation of campuses. The Campus Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in the success of an educational institution by ensuring that academic programs run efficiently, faculty and students are supported, and educational quality is maintained. This role requires a combination of educational expertise, administrative skills, and strategic thinking.
Job Summary: The Campus Operations Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the academic department within ESL. This position ensures the efficient delivery of educational programs and services while maintaining a high level of quality and compliance with institutional policies and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Faculty and Staff Management:
- Recruit, train, and supervise academic staff, including instructors and administrative personnel.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide professional development opportunities.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive academic environment.
- Ensuring the time tables and lecturers allocation is done according to need of the operation.
- Regular communication with the academic manager and partnership managers to provide update about the campus and resource allocation.
2.Student Support and Services:
- Oversee student enrolment processes, registration, and academic advising.
- Implement and manage student support services, including tutoring and academic counselling.
- Address student inquiries and concerns regarding academic matters.
3.Quality Assurance and Compliance:
- Ensure that academic programs meet accreditation and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and assess program effectiveness, making improvements as necessary.
- Develop and implement academic policies and procedures.
4.Technology Integration:
- Evaluate and implement educational technologies to enhance teaching and learning.
- Oversee the administration of learning management systems and other academic tools.
5.Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., admissions, academic and resource) to ensure a seamless student experience.
- Communicate academic policies, procedures, and updates to students, faculty, and staff.
Qualifications:
- A master's or higher degree in education, educational leadership, or a related field.
- Previous experience in academic administration or management, preferably in an educational institution.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of accreditation standards and educational regulations.
- Proficiency in educational technology and data analysis.
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing educational trends.
