Campus Support Officer (Eastbourne)
35 Hours / 36 Weeks
Circa £22,500 FTE / £17,125 Pro Rata’d
Would you like to make a difference and support young people at College?
If so, we are looking for a Campus Support Officer to join our Personal Development & Wellbeing Team, whilst helping to maintain a safe and welcoming College environment.
You will be a friendly and engaging first point of contact for the students, staff and visitors and will work closely with the team to support and keep students safe on site and in the surrounding area.
You will have good communication skills, team-working and an understanding of the issues faced by students in an educational setting. You will be responsive to new situations and will have experience of working with young people in a supportive role.
Successful candidates will have proven ability to motivate individuals to engage in a range of pastoral, personal development, and wellbeing activities, including the delivery of group tutorial workshops; build partnerships and be able to work collaboratively; be solution focused and ensure our students have the best possible experience.
