Adecco are currently recruiting for a Candidate Consultant to join a large, friendly and supportive team on a permanent basis, specialising in Public Sector Contract recruitment.
Working for an award winning organisation the duties of the Candidate Consultant would include;
Manged the 360 degree recruitment process from sourcing and submitting the candidates to the client to completing compliance in line with government and company guidelines.
Developing long term professional business relationships with both clients and candidates.
Providing a specialist consultative service by developing a thorough understanding of your sector. This involves truly understanding the client's recruitment needs.
Sourcing and successfully placing candidates into roles
Delivering a high level of customer service to all clients, candidates and colleagues.
Professional communication skills both written and verbal
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and self-motivated to work towards target.
Good attention to detail and strong IT are desirable.
Previous experience in recruitment would be advantageous.Benefits include;
