Job description

Responsibilities:

• Placing adverts on various job boards
• Adding Candidates onto the CRM system
• Maintaining the CRM system and tracking candidates
• Speaking to Candidates over the phone, over email and by text
• Taking references on Candidates
• Collecting Candidates compliance documents and logging on the CRM
• Liaising with Recruitment Consultants to fill active job vacancies
• Liaise with external companies to attract Candidates
• Attend job fairs when necessary
• Managing the candidate process from initial enquiry through to placement
• Maintaining a strong candidate pipeline for proactive recruitment needs
• Ensuring your clients recruitment needs are being facilitated in the best possible ways
• Keeping up to date with current market trends within the construction industry
• Assisting experienced Consultants with administrative tasks
• Creating and maintaining spreadsheets to track Candidates
• Achieving set KPI targets
