Job description
Responsibilities:
- Placing adverts on various job boards
- Adding Candidates onto the CRM system
- Maintaining the CRM system and tracking candidates
- Speaking to Candidates over the phone, over email and by text
- Taking references on Candidates
- Collecting Candidates compliance documents and logging on the CRM
- Liaising with Recruitment Consultants to fill active job vacancies
- Liaise with external companies to attract Candidates
- Attend job fairs when necessary
- Managing the candidate process from initial enquiry through to placement
- Maintaining a strong candidate pipeline for proactive recruitment needs
- Ensuring your clients recruitment needs are being facilitated in the best possible ways
- Keeping up to date with current market trends within the construction industry
- Assisting experienced Consultants with administrative tasks
- Creating and maintaining spreadsheets to track Candidates
- Achieving set KPI targets
