Responsibilities as a Trainee Recruitment Resourcer:

• Source candidates through various job boards to build a talent pipeline.
• Conduct thorough telephone screening interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Support the compliance team by assisting with ad-hoc vetting tasks.
• Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, nurturing lasting relationships built on trust and respect.
• Maintain our bespoke system with accurate and up-to-date candidate information to facilitate efficient recruitment processes.
