We’re currently looking to hire a 'Candidate Resourcer’ to come in and help find fantastic talent for our clients. Using job boards, LinkedIn and our fantastic CRM, you’ll source candidates based on their experience, learn more about what they’re looking for in a role and match them with the perfect opportunity. We want to be transparent as an agency so we like to tell you all the less fun aspects recruitment. It can be a challenging role with some tough moments… BUT the successes and high-points outweigh these and make the career overall enjoyable and fun (and profitable ;) )

Your responsibilities will include:

• Daily check-ins with the Recruitment Consultant’s to identify which roles they would like you to assist with;
• Use cold and warm outreach to contact potential candidates;
• Update CRM systems;
• Keep abreast of all CV’s coming in and making sure they are being uploaded onto our system;

The ideal candidate will be/have:

• A real people person who can build relationships easily;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills;
• Target driven, money motivated and willing to get stuck in;
• A great sense of humour;
