As a Candidate Resourcer, you will be responsible for recruiting top-quality teachers and support staff for primary schools across the country. Using our industry-leading database and sourcing tools, you will identify, contact, and interview potential candidates, ensuring that we have the best pool of talent to meet the needs of our clients.

But it's not just about finding the right people - you'll also be building relationships with schools, supporting the account management team, and getting involved in business development. It's a challenging and rewarding role that will give you a fantastic foundation for a career in education recruitment.

As mentioned below, this role is only the start of your Reed journey. You're duties during this period will be:

  • Generating, registering, screening and deploying candidates into primary teaching and support roles in Leeds, Wakefield, and Bradford.
  • Finding suitable candidates for a variety of primary school roles.
  • Dealing with allocated vacancies and matching candidates to the needs of our clients.
  • Supporting your candidates through our robust vetting process.
