East Anglian Air Ambulance is in the planning stages of an ambitious multi-year capital fundraising campaign for a mission critical project that will have a significant impact on its service for the foreseeable future. This role is one of two fixed term roles that have been created for the duration of the Capital Campaign project.
As Capital Campaign Fundraiser, you will work with the Head of Philanthropy and Capital Appeals and the campaign team to develop and deliver personalised cultivation strategies centred on a series of fundraising events in the private and public campaign phases.
You will be responsible for all aspects of these events, from the concept through to on-the-day delivery, including administration, budgeting, recruitment, logistics and experience. Delivering high quality supporter care to campaign donors and prospects in your caseload, you will ensure they feel valued by the charity and that all relationships are maximised to their full potential.
You will undertake research to identify new campaign prospects and take responsibility for accurately updating and recording supporter records to assist capital appeal strategy and budgeting.
With previous experience within the fundraising sector, you will have a proven track record in securing gifts of GBP5,000+. You will have experience of managing projects with multiple stakeholders, forecasting, planning and setting KPIs, and working with CRM systems.

This role will be worked a minimum of 3 days a week from our Cambridge, Melbourn, or Norwich offices and up to 2 days a week from home. The exact days worked in the office will be agreed with the successful candidate, but you must live within a commutable distance of our Cambridge, Melbourn, or Norwich offices.
