Job Purpose and Responsibilities:
Customer Liaison:
- Coordinating and agreeing on plant and equipment shutdowns.
- Managing plant and equipment isolations for services and utilities cut-ins.
- Advising on maintenance resource requirements resulting from projects.
- Ensuring effective partial handover to the Product Stream/Business Area.
- Participating in pre-construction reviews, including Health and Safety and design approval.
Engineering Liaison:
- Maintaining regular communication with Engineering personnel.
- Assisting with project-related changes, such as plant layout and equipment removal.
- Assessing Critical Spares and coordinating with the Engineering operations team.
- Managing establishment of maintenance life plans and incorporating them into CMMS.
- Determining staff training requirements for new equipment/plant installations.
Project Handover:
- Ensuring O&M's documentation and drawings are provided.
- Collating and entering appropriate CMMS data.
- Approving maintenance routines and initiating Service Contracts.
- Providing information for new or extended Service Contracts.
Documentation:
- Providing advice on information required for CMMS input.
- Advising on equipment registration protocol for CMMS.
- Managing CMMS resource and data input timelines.
- Monitoring CMMS data quality and resolving discrepancies.
- Ensuring proper documentation transfer to relevant systems or departments.
Person Specification:
- Engineering skills with knowledge of Project delivery processes.
- Good communicator with organizational and persuasion skills.
- Accurate with attention to detail.
- Capable of multitasking and working to tight deadlines.
- Team player.
Location and Travel: This role is based in Stevenage, with occasional travel to other sites.
