Car Body Repair Mechanic & Painter

Job Description:
We are seeking skilled and motivated individuals to join our team as Car Body Repair Technicians and Car Painters. The ideal candidates will have a passion for automotive repair and refinishing, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the field. However, fresh candidates with relevant training or certifications are also encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough assessments of vehicle damage and develop repair plans accordingly.
Perform Body Repairs including dent removal, panel replacement, and structural realignment.
Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, masking, and applying appropriate primers.
Apply paint using various techniques such as spraying, brushing, and color matching.
Ensure high-quality paint finishes by monitoring drying times and applying clear coats as necessary.
Utilize industry-standard tools and equipment to achieve precise and accurate repairs.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Communicate effectively with team members and customers to provide updates on repair progress.
Stay updated on the latest automotive repair techniques and technologies through continuous training and development.
Uphold company standards for quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in Car Body Repair and/or painting.
Proficiency in using automotive repair tools and equipment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality workmanship.
Excellent color matching and blending skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.
Physical stamina and dexterity to perform tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Certification in auto Body Repair or painting is a plus.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
