Location: BMW & MINI Salisbury

Hours: Full time Monday to Friday, 45 Hours a week

The role

As a Car Park Attendant, you will join a team of experts supporting one of our popular brands in our state-of-the-art facilities. You will be the first point of contact to our customers arriving on site.

Who you are

• Provide Excellent Customer service to all customers

• Fantastic listening skills to understand customer requirements and needs

• Willing to spend a large amount of hours outside

What you’ll do

• Using our internal service booking diary to identify arriving customers to ensure they are directed to right location
• Meeting and greeting all arriving customers
• Directing customers into the correct arrival bay area
• Ensuring the arrival bays are always kept clear unless in use for arriving customers
• Handing customers keys over to the service department ready for them to begin working on customers vehicle
