To be the housekeeping face of Trinity Leeds Car Park, taking pride in ensuring the Trinity Leeds guest experience includes a facility that is clean, safe, & tidy at all times.
To take ownership and responsibility for all housekeeping requirements internally and externally of the Car Park.
Responsibilities - Daily duties
- Clean both stairwells of rubbish
- Mop both stairwells
- Machine (M20) parking levels 1 – 9
- Complete a daily patrol of all areas to ascertain areas requiring cleaning
- De cobwebbing of ceilings on all levels
- Wash ramp walls and parking bay areas
- Litter pick all levels
- Empty Bins in Lift lobbies daily
- Ensure lift mirrors and floors are clean of debris & gum
- Any other reasonable request for cleaning as required
- To be professional and courteous with customers
- To present themselves in a professional manner, in the correct uniform, and adhere to the rules regarding absence and lateness
- To support with all Fire Emergency situations as per Control instructions.
In your new role as a Cleaning Operative you will ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained and in safe working order and meeting all agreed SLAs. Build your knowledge and understanding of the designated cleaning area, when the work needs to be carried out and all cleaning equipment and chemicals used on the premises while following Health and Safety requirements. You will need to undertake successfully all training required to deliver the cleaning role. You will be required to work within a team and can work under their own initiative. You will need to build positive and productive working relationships with all customers, delivery excellent customer service and seeking ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations.

In order to be successful in this role you will need have the ability to communicate and read basic English, previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential and have a flexible approach to the role. You will need to be open, honest, self-driven and determined. You'll need to be reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude.
