Coulter Elite Resourcing are now recruiting for an experienced Car Sales Executive for a main dealership based in Lincoln.
Principle Responsibilities for the Car Sales Executive:
- Work for a premium approved franchised dealer.
- Sell cars within a main dealership setting, or transition from a target-driven professional sales role into the premium market.
- Operate confidently in a target-driven sales environment.
- Display hunger to succeed, tenacity, and motivation to meet personal and team targets.
Person Specification:
- Experience working in Car Sales, preferably within a main dealership.
- Alternatively, experience in a target-driven professional sales role with a desire to enter the premium car market.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated with a strong desire to achieve sales targets.
- Full UK driving licence.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 8:45 AM - 6:00 PM
- One day off during the week
- Saturday: 8:45 AM - 5:00 PM
- Never work on Sunday
Additional Information:
- This is a full-time permanent position.
- Basic salary of £20,500 with on-target earnings (OTE) of £45,000.
- Benefits include a company car, fuel allowance, and fuel card.
