Car Sales Executive

Coulter Elite Resourcing are now recruiting for an experienced Car Sales Executive for a main dealership based in Lincoln.

Principle Responsibilities for the Car Sales Executive:

• Work for a premium approved franchised dealer.
• Sell cars within a main dealership setting, or transition from a target-driven professional sales role into the premium market.
• Operate confidently in a target-driven sales environment.
• Display hunger to succeed, tenacity, and motivation to meet personal and team targets.

Person Specification:

• Experience working in Car Sales, preferably within a main dealership.
• Alternatively, experience in a target-driven professional sales role with a desire to enter the premium car market.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly motivated with a strong desire to achieve sales targets.
• Full UK driving licence.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 8:45 AM - 6:00 PM
• One day off during the week
• Saturday: 8:45 AM - 5:00 PM
• Never work on Sunday

Additional Information:

• This is a full-time permanent position.
• Basic salary of £20,500 with on-target earnings (OTE) of £45,000.
• Benefits include a company car, fuel allowance, and fuel card.
