• £40K Basic ; £70K OTE
• Working Showroom Hours - working alternate weekends, plus one day off during the week

Perfect Placement UK Ltd are currently seeking a Used Car Sales Manager to join our client's main dealership in the Preston area. Our client is committed to providing their customers with the best possible experience when it comes to buying and owning a car. That's where you come in!
As a Used Car Sales Manager you will lead, motivate, inspire your Car Sales Team, build and maintain an awesome family feel team to meet and exceed KPIs and provide solutions for customers in their car buying journey.

Within this Used Car Sales Manager role your typical duties will include: 

• Coaching and managing a team to achieve and strive to exceed all monthly and annual used Car Sales targets
• Developing a Department Profit Plan & setting sales budgets
• Purchasing of used car stock from remarketing facilities and auctions
• Implement and manager sales & referral processes.
• Ensure highest degree of customer satisfaction to achieve customer loyalty.
• Working with a team of Sales executives & Transaction Manager staff to ensure all customers are aware of full product range.
• Monitor and control Vehicle Preparation cost & standards
• Developing forecourt displays and implementing best practices
• Strive to provide industry-leading standards of customer care.
• Encourage utilisation of latest digital tools to provide and all-encompassing sales experience.
• Ensure the team is adhering to all FCA Guidelines.
