Duties & Responsibilities of a Sales Manager:
- Working with the team to maximise sales whilst promoting a strong profit per unit.
- Unleashing the potential of a stable sales team, stretching targets, ambitions and driving performance.
- Ensuring fantastic relations are kept between the company and the brand partners.
- Working closely with the finance team ensuring you achieve the best deal for every customer.
- Motivating, managing, organising and encouraging new ideas and processes to increase performance.
- You will be targeted around sales/profit performance and customer satisfaction performance.
Your Background & Skill:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager within the Motor trade.
- Full UK Driving licence.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and selling skills.
- Ability to work towards deadlines and targets.
