Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in their search for the perfect vehicle, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of various car models.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about vehicle specifications, pricing, financing options, and additional services.
- Actively engage with customers to identify their buying motivations, address any concerns, and offer suitable solutions.
- Proactively reach out to potential customers through various channels, such as phone calls, emails, and social media, to generate leads and expand the customer base.
- Negotiate pricing and financing terms in a fair and transparent manner to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
- Coordinate vehicle test drives and accompany customers during the process, ensuring a memorable experience.
- Collaborate with the finance and administrative departments to finalize sales paperwork and ensure a smooth transaction process.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the automotive industry.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in car sales or a customer-oriented sales role is preferred.
- A genuine passion for cars and excellent product knowledge.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to listen attentively to customer needs and provide personalized recommendations.
- Results-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Outstanding negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals effectively.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple customer inquiries and sales processes simultaneously.
- Proficient computer skills and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- A valid UK driving license is required.
- Flexibility to work on weekends and evenings as per customer demands.
