Car Salesperson

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Car Salesperson to join our dynamic sales team. As a Car Salesperson, you will play a vital role in our company's success by providing exceptional customer service and driving sales of our high-quality vehicles. Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist them in their search for the perfect vehicle, understanding their needs and preferences.
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of various car models.
• Provide accurate and detailed information about vehicle specifications, pricing, financing options, and additional services.
• Actively engage with customers to identify their buying motivations, address any concerns, and offer suitable solutions.
• Proactively reach out to potential customers through various channels, such as phone calls, emails, and social media, to generate leads and expand the customer base.
• Negotiate pricing and financing terms in a fair and transparent manner to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
• Coordinate vehicle test drives and accompany customers during the process, ensuring a memorable experience.
• Collaborate with the finance and administrative departments to finalize sales paperwork and ensure a smooth transaction process.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the automotive industry.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in car sales or a customer-oriented sales role is preferred.
• A genuine passion for cars and excellent product knowledge.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to listen attentively to customer needs and provide personalized recommendations.
• Results-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Outstanding negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals effectively.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple customer inquiries and sales processes simultaneously.
• Proficient computer skills and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• A valid UK driving license is required.
• Flexibility to work on weekends and evenings as per customer demands.

Pay: £22,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
